Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 6 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the G-7 website and your engagement with G-7, a business operated by Ankush Sawant, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

G-7 provides website development, business automation, AI-assisted solutions, and related digital services for businesses and professionals.

About G-7

G-7 provides professional websites, automation tools, and related digital services. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities will be described in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal, or project agreement.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or abuse website systems, or use website content to deceive, harm, or infringe the rights of others.

Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that G-7 will accept a project.

A project becomes subject to agreed commercial terms when the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, or other written confirmation is accepted by both parties.

Project-specific terms may include scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment schedules, revisions, ownership, cancellation, refunds, support, hosting, third-party services, and other obligations.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects may require an advance payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed project schedule.

Payment amounts, milestones, payment methods, applicable taxes, third-party costs, and payment deadlines will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or project agreement.

Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by applicable law and will be stated on the applicable invoice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, an advance payment is refundable if the client cancels before work begins, except for any third-party costs already incurred or committed on the client's behalf.

Once work has begun, refunds will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and the work already completed.

If G-7 cancels a project before completion for reasons within G-7's control, G-7 will refund the unused portion of payments received, subject to any third-party costs already incurred or committed on the client's behalf.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to credit the refund.

Project timelines and 7-day delivery

Where a project is advertised or agreed to be delivered within 7 days, the 7-day period assumes that the client provides all required content, approvals, access, information, and feedback on time and that the agreed project scope remains unchanged.

Delays caused by the client, third-party services, changes to the agreed scope, unavailable information, or other circumstances outside G-7's reasonable control may extend the delivery timeline.

Scope and change requests

G-7 will provide services according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside that scope may require additional fees and/or additional delivery time.

G-7 will communicate applicable additional charges or timeline changes before carrying out significant additional work.

Project review and approval

Clients are expected to review project deliverables and provide feedback within the review period stated in the applicable project agreement.

A deliverable may be considered approved when the client confirms approval in writing or begins using the delivered work without raising material issues within the agreed review period.

Changes requested after approval, or changes outside the original scope, may be treated as additional work and may incur additional fees.

Revisions

The number and type of included revisions, where applicable, will be specified in the quotation or project agreement.

A revision means a reasonable change to an agreed deliverable within the original scope. New features, substantially different designs, new functionality, or changes resulting from a change in requirements may be treated as additional work.

Hosting, domains, and third-party services

Domain names, hosting accounts, email services, APIs, software subscriptions, payment providers, messaging platforms, and other third-party services may be purchased or maintained by the client or by G-7 on the client's behalf.

Ownership, renewal responsibility, fees, account access, and maintenance responsibilities will be specified in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services may change their pricing, functionality, availability, policies, or technical requirements. G-7 is not responsible for outages, restrictions, changes, or failures caused by independent third-party providers.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content, account access where required, and materials they have the right to use.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials, data, instructions, trademarks, images, documents, and other content they provide do not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or organization.

Delays, inaccuracies, missing information, or unavailable access provided by the client may affect project timelines, functionality, or results.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials

Clients retain ownership of their logos, photographs, text, product information, brand assets, documents, data, and other materials they provide to G-7.

G-7 pre-existing materials

G-7 retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, reusable components, frameworks, libraries, code components, general techniques, internal tools, automation methods, know-how, and other materials developed independently of the client's project.

Custom project deliverables

Ownership or licensing of custom project deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transfer of agreed rights in custom deliverables is subject to receipt of all required project payments.

Automation and AI-assisted systems

Automation and AI-assisted systems are designed to support business processes and may depend on client-provided information, third-party services, APIs, software, models, or external systems.

Automated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. Clients remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and decisions unless a project agreement expressly states otherwise.

G-7 does not guarantee that an automated or AI-assisted system will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business decision or purpose.

Support and maintenance

Where a project includes a stated support period, support covers reasonable corrections to the delivered work within the agreed scope.

Support does not automatically include new features, major design changes, new integrations, changes to requirements, third-party outages, or work caused by modifications made by someone other than G-7.

Additional work requested outside the included support scope may be charged separately.

Portfolio and external links

Portfolio descriptions, project examples, performance figures, and results are provided for illustration and may change over time.

Where project results or numerical improvements are displayed, they should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same result.

Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. G-7 does not control or guarantee the content, security, availability, or accuracy of external websites.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the G-7 website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completely error-free content, or that every service will achieve a particular business result.

Services are provided according to the applicable project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G-7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Any project-specific limitation, remedy, or liability arrangement will be governed by the applicable written project agreement, subject to applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or materials and instructions you provide that infringe another person's or organization's rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Project termination rights, obligations, refunds, ownership, and other consequences will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
